Fast-rising performer Mario Dwayne Antonio Clarke aka M.S.C (Music Shall Conquer) is ready to take his place in the musical spotlight.

The talented St Catherine native, His journey with music originally started by writing poetry for the ladies which later swayed towards the art of song writing, however the necessary suppport to further realized this dream during his secondary school years was not available.

M.S.C. comes from a strong Christian background so he prides himself on maintaining clean lyrical content, regardless of the topic being addressed. He decided a few years back to only focus on conscious music as there is enough negativity in the world to go around.

M.S.C is an acronym for Musical Shall Conquer. It is inspired from the simple fact that music cuts across all ethnic borders and cultures, create cohesion and unity.

According to Mario, it will only be a matter of time before M.S.C becomes a household name. "I'm 100 per cent sure that I have the talent and drive to become a major force in music on a global scale.

George P hails from the inner city community of Grants Pen in St. Andrew. George was once apart of the Fagan Fraternity, a formidable musical collective which includes artiste such as Natural, Savage and Flexx.

Fast-rising reggae/dancehall artiste Miael is ready to take his career to the furthest limits of the music world.

The Kingston-born entertainer, who is now managed by Vic Law Production, is working assiduously to carve a niche for himself and feed his fans with more infectious style, performance and lyricism.

"I love how things are going with my career.My management team is doing their part and creating the opportunities, while I put in the necessary work. I am determined more than ever to make a big impact in the music business," said the artiste.

Miael recently released the single, "Fall On Your Face", on the Vic Law Production imprint. It has enjoyed heavy rotation on several radio stations, in Jamaica and the United states and has hit the charts in Sierra Leone.

"My new single is doing well; it's getting a lot of airplay and I am getting a lot of positive feedback from my fans. I was booked to do a tour of several places in Africa last year, in the regions of Sierra Leone, Ghana and Nigeria. Circumstances beyond my team's control prevented it from happening but I will definitely be there this year", said Miael.

CEO of 24/7 Music Production Kevin Hill details his journey in creating his acclaimed release "Fast Wine Riddim" Album.

This project is by 24/7 Music Production. I just started the label January 24 2018 in Chesapeake VA due to the fact that I was managing two artist from Jamaica who is also on the Album, Teet and Mad Vibes.

I started the label because these artists are very talented and I wanted to give them a chance in this music business. I tried with other labels from Jamaica, but “No” or “No Response” is what I usually ended up with. I told myself, “No” is not an option, so I started the label.

“Fast Wine Riddim” Album is the company's first major project. This album is very special to me because of the way everything played out. My twin sister(Karrill DaDiva) who is also on the Album with her first song ever titled "Fast Wine", introduced me to the riddim by OGE Beats(an online beats store) where I bought the instrumentals. When Karrill told me about the Riddim, she had just move from New York to live closer to me in Virginia. Upon seeing my home studio, she knew then I was serious about music production. I was curious about why she wanted to do music at the time(even though to me it was a little obvious, that she saw me doing it), she told me Shenseea was her inspiration(surprised me!).

My sister was the first to record on the Riddim due to the fact that she fell in love with the Riddim the moment she heard It. Mr. Vegas is a close friend of mine, he recorded second. He recorded his song the moment he heard the Riddim. His first song is a tribute to the Buck basketball player, Antetokounmpo.  Mr. Vegas loved the Riddim so much, he recorded a second song and introduced artist Natel on the track.  

We started out with only four artists on the Riddim, then my sister came through again when she introduced the Riddim to artist Ice Cold and Darrio(close friends of hers) who both recorded on the Riddim.  Ice Cold, one of Gyptian’s artists, introduced the Riddim to Gyptian and he recorded the moment he heard the Riddim. This song by Gyptian "Perfectly With You", is the number one song on the Riddim so far and continues to make a big impression on the music industry. "Perfectly With You", will be one of the songs on Gyptian’s newest EP(coming soon).

I told both my artist(Mad Vibes and Teet) to record their songs, Mad Vibes did, but Teet was procrastinating, so I contacted his main influence, Perfect Giddimani, to help me talk to Teet to speed up the process because I did not want to do the Album without him. I send the Riddim to Perfect and he fell in love with the Riddim. Perfect Giddimani ended up doing his song before Teet and it really gave Teet the boost to get it done.  

This is how the Album came about. So I told myself, “No is not an option”

Media personality, musical expressionist and inspirational speaker Disc Jock Redeem aka SIR (Da Love Philosyfa) has made a step towards doing gospel music after he took some time, as he would say to “check himself”. The media personality of eighteen years is not new to the gospel circuit, besides hosting several gospel events he was once personal audio technician and dj to gospel artiste and pastor Howard “Goddy Goddy” Reynolds years ago.

Bucky Ital and other past students of Shrewsbury Logwood ECI Basic School, have joined hands and hearts together to put on a back-to-school treat for children of the Logwood community in Westmoreland Jamaica.

The event will be taking place on Monday 6th of August 2018. It starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m.

The event is open to the public so everyone is invited and there is no admission. It is geared towards giving the kids a fun-filled day with giveaways of school supplies ie. books, bags, pencils etc.Food and drinks will be free for all attendees.

"This idea to do something for the basic school and community, was envisioned by me and a couple of other past students, some of whom are still living in the area and others living abroad. We got donations from a few people including my mother, wife, cousin and international sound system Trauma Unit Sound" said Bucky.

Dancehall Artiste Vehnom is on a high due to the release of his new single Envy, which is produced by the USA based Label, Prince A Records.
